Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open gears up for fourth edition

World-class women's tennis will return to the UAE’s capital as the fourth edition of the Mubadala Abu Dhabi Open kicks off early next year.

Hosted in partnership with Mubadala and Abu Dhabi Sports Council, the WTA 500 tournament will be held at the International Tennis Centre, Zayed Sports City, from January 31 until February 7, 2026.

Fans who purchase tickets before the end of November will be entered into a draw for a chance to win an exclusive trip to the Mubadala Citi DC Open 2026.

"The fourth edition promises to deliver the most memorable experience yet, combining world-class action with an inclusive and family-friendly environment," said Homaid Al Shimmari, Deputy Group CEO and Chief Corporate & Human Capital Officer for Mubadala Investment Company.

"This championship has become a highlight of Abu Dhabi’s global sporting calendar, reinforcing the capital’s reputation as an international hub for elite sport," added Aref Hamad Al Awani, Secretary General of Abu Dhabi Sports Council.

Beyond the on-court action, the Fan Village promises an immersive experience for fans of all ages. Children under the age of 12 years can attend the first five days of the tournament free of charge, while the opening Saturday offers open seating and free entry for all. Tickets are available online.
