Sunrisers Hyderabad secured a 88-run win against Delhi Capitals in the Indian Premier League match in Dubai, to keep their playoff hopes alive.

After being sent in to bat first, a 107-run opening partnership between David Warner and Wriddhiman Saha helped set the momentum going for the Sunrisers.

They posted 219 for 2. David Warner scored 66 off 34 balls while Saha was the top-scorer with 87 runs off 45 deliveries. Manish Pandey posted 44 and Kane Williamson stood at 11.

In reply, Delhi Capitals were bundled out for 131 under the bowling attack of Rashid Khan, Sandeep Sharma and T Natarajan.

With the win, the Sunrisers have moved to the sixth spot. They must win all their remaining games to have a chance of reaching the playoffs.

Meanwhile, Delhi Capital stand a better chance for the playoffs, despite taking a massive hit in the net run-rate and dropping to the third position.
