French authorities file tougher charges against Lamine Diack

French magistrates have filed tougher charges against Lamine Diack. The former head of world athletics has been accused of covering up Russian doping. Meanwhile, a French newspaper has accused Nick Davies of delaying the naming of Russian cheats ahead of the 2013 World Championships in Moscow. Davies is the right-hand man of Lord Coe – the current IAAF President.
