England crushed India by 10 wickets to reach the final of the Twenty20 World Cup.

Chasing a victory target of 169, England won the second semi-final in Adelaide with 24 balls remaining as openers Alex Hales (86) and Jos Buttler (80) pummelled the Indian bowlers.

Earlier, Hardik Pandya (63 off 33 balls) and Virat Kohli (50 off 40) had steered India to 168 for 6 after Buttler won the toss for England and opted to bowl first.

Chris Jordan picked three wickets but conceded 43 runs in his four overs.

England will play Pakistan in the title decider in Melbourne on Sunday, in what will be a repeat of the 1992 World Cup final.
