Defending champions Cameroon held to draw

Defending champions Cameroon remain on top of their group after playing out a goalless draw with Ghana at the Africa Cup of Nations.

Group F's second match of the night saw Benin keep their chances of qualifying for the last 16 alive with another 0-0 draw against Guinea-Bissau.

Meanwhile, Angola had to settle for a draw with Mauritania after Geraldo's last minute goal was disallowed.

Sunday's matches feature hosts Egypt taking on Uganda, while Madagascar locking horns with Nigeria.
