City and Leicester register wins in Premier League

Liverpool's advantage at the top of the Premier League has been cut to five points following Manchester City's 2-0 win at Crystal Palace on Saturday.

Leicester came from behind to beat Burnley 2-1 and Chelsea secured a 1-0 home victory against Newcastle.

Elsewhere, Tottenham grabbed a late equaliser in their 1-1 draw with Watford, thanks to VAR, while Aston Villa scored in the 94th minute to beat 10-man Brighton 2-1.

In other games, Everton beat West Ham 2-0, Wolves drew 1-1 with Southampton and Bournemouth against Norwich ended goalless.

Meanwhile, struggling Manchester United take on leaders Liverpool on Sunday.
