At least 133 people have died in the devastating floods across western Germany.
The search for survivors continues as hundreds of people are still missing.
Almost 700 residents had to be evacuated from the town of Wassenberg near Cologne after a dam broke on Friday.
The floods, which have been dubbed the country's worst natural disaster in half a century, have cut off the power supply and communications in the region.
