An Iranian drone attack has targeted fuel tanks at Kuwait International Airport on Wednesday, causing a major fire that broke out at the site, with no injuries reported.
The Kuwaiti Civil Aviation Authority noted that the targeted depots had belonged to the Kuwait Aviation Fuelling Company (KAFCO), reporting significant damage to the fuel tanks after they were struck.
Abdullah Al-Rajhi, official spokesperson for the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, stated that emergency teams and relevant authorities immediately began responding to the incident, according to Kuwait News Agency (KUNA).
