Bahrain will reopen its airspace to Qatar from Monday, January 11.

According to state news agency BNA, the Civil Aviation Affairs (CAA) on Sunday said the country's "airspace will open for Qatar-registered aircraft".

It comes after leaders of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) signed the Al-Ula Communique and pledged to reinforce the bonds of fraternity and solidarity between the people of the region.

Saudi Arabia and the UAE have already announced the reopening of air, land and sea entry points to Qatar.
