Anti-government protests continue in Iraq

Police in Iraq have shot at a small group of anti-government protestors in Baghdad. 

It comes after three days of unrest in the war-weary country.

In a statement, Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi said no “magic solution” was available.

He pledged a series of unclear reform to make life better for ordinary Iraqis. 

The death toll from the nationwide protests has now reached 27.
