Akshay Kumar's 'Bachchan Pandey' has a new release date, all thanks to Aamir Khan.
That's right. Kumar has opted to bow out of a box-office clash with Khan's Laal Singh Chaddha - an official remake of Hollywood's much loved Forrest Gump.
It will now release on January 22, 2021.
Khan took to Instagram to make the announcement.
In a Tweet, Aamir Khan also acknowledged that all it took was "one conversation" to change things around.
Bollywood biggies often opt to secure exclusive release dates so that it doesn't impact their box-office earnings.
