A Paediatric Mobile Clinic has been launched by the Zayed Giving Initiative to mark the start of Innovation Week 2015. The move is part of the early disease screening and prevention programme Weqaya, under which local and international paediatricians will provide diagnostic, preventive, therapeutic and educational services. According to national news agency WAM, the clinic's first stop is Abu Dhabi. The initiative is also in line with Universal Children’s Day celebrated on November 20 every year.
