The UAE has confirmed 693 new cases of COVID-19 from 230,589 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 659 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 986,761.
No further deaths have been recorded, so the total number of fatalities remains at 2,341.
A total of 1,008,435 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 19,333 are currently active.
