The UAE has confirmed 1,223 new cases of COVID-19 from 225,577 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,127 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 965,955.
Two patients have died, bringing the total number of fatalities to 2,334.
A total of 986,747 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 18,458 are currently active.
