UAE announces 450 new cases of COVID-19, 2 deaths

The UAE has announced 450 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 46,133.

According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), an extra 44,292 coronavirus tests have been conducted nationwide.

The ministry has also confirmed that 2 more people have died from the virus, bringing the UAE's COVID-19 death toll to 307.

Meanwhile, 702 extra patients have recovered from the virus, making a total of 34,405 recoveries to date.

There are 11,421 active cases currently receiving treatment.
