UAE announces 283 new cases of COVID-19, 19 recoveries

The UAE has confirmed 283 new cases of COVID-19.

 According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), this now brings the total number of cases to 2,359.
 
The ministry revealed that one person has died from the virus, which makes the total number of deaths in the country 12.
 
They also announced that 19 more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 186.
