UAE aid campaign helps 1 million Yemenis along Red Sea coast

More than one million people in Yemen have benefitted from the UAE’s aid donations over the last six months.

Nearly 140,000 food parcels have been delivered to 120 villages along the Red Sea coast.

The campaign has focused on areas that were recently liberated from the Houthi militia.

The relief operations are being coordinated by the Emirates Red Crescent, which has a field team in the region to assess the needs of locals affected by the conflict.
