A one-year-old, who fell from the 10th floor of an apartment complex in Ras Al Khaimah, is making "steady" progress.

That's according to a family member who spoke to ARN News about her condition.

He also revealed that she's been moved to Tawam Hospital in Al Ain for further treatment.

The young girl was admitted to Saqr Hospital in Ras Al Khaimah after she reportedly fell from the living room window and landed on the windshield of a car parked below.

Doctors believe that the vehicle broke her fall, potentially saving her life.
