The Philippines ePassport renewal centre in Dubai has reopened, with strict guidelines in place.

The facility at Wafi Mall, operated by VFS Global, will accept applications between 12:00 pm and 8:00 pm all days of the week.

Visitors will have to face temperature checks and anyone with COVID-19 symptoms like fever, cough and breathing difficulty will not be allowed to enter the centre.

To ensure social distancing norms are followed, only 10 customers will be accommodated at a time.

Additionally, all customers and VFS Global employees are required to wear a face mask and gloves within the centre.

As per the guidelines laid out by the government of Dubai, visitors above the age of 60 and children between the age of 3 – 12 years are not permitted to enter malls, including the Wafi Mall, and hence will not be allowed inside the ePassport renewal centre.
