In a post on social media, the RTA confirmed that normal timetables have been resumed following bad weather.

The post stated: "All intercity bus lines have resumed and operating according to the normal working hours. We thank you for your cooperation."

More rain is expected in parts of the UAE on Sunday, with Abu Dhabi likely to be overcast until around 4pm.
