25 government workers selected for leadership programme

Twenty-five UAE Nationals have been chosen to attend an innovative leadership school. 

Launched by the Abu Dhabi government, the Leader Programme is designed to cultivate the next generation of civil servants.

Following a rigorous selection process, the government employees with the most promising potential and exceptional skills have been selected to undertake the two-year curriculum. 

The selected leaders will build critical capabilities, undertake business simulations and use world-class experiential learning tools.
