Huawei sues US over government ban on its products

The Chinese telecoms firm Huawei is suing the United States for excluding it from government contracts.

The firm argues a law passed last year is unconstitutional.

In a statement on Thursday, the company said it had filed a lawsuit in the district court in Texas, calling for the ban to be overturned.
