Healthy students are the happiest: KHDA

A student's wellbeing is directly linked to their feelings about the school.

That's the findings of a study by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), which showed that 84 per cent of those who felt happiest at school ate fruits and vegetables five times a week, while 89 per cent got a full night's sleep.

Hind Al Mualla, Chief of Creativity, Happiness and Innovation at the KHDA, tells us more.

The survey also looked at staff members and found around a third of staff members are "living well, despite struggles" while 24 per cent are "consistently thriving".

It reveals that older staff members feel like they're thriving more compared to younger colleagues.

Hind Al Mualla explains.
