Two men have died in Australia’s flood-ravaged northeast as authorities warned of further flash flooding.
Prime Minister Scott Morrison toured the region where "once in a century" flood had damaged thousands of homes and closed airports and schools.
"The real work is to make sure that they can get through the clean-up and rebuild their lives," he said.
More than 1,100 people were evacuated on Monday after authorities opened the floodgates of the rainwater reservoirs.
