Brazil arrests 5 in dam collapse as death toll rises to 65

Five people have been arrested in Brazil after a dam collapse killed at least 65 people.

Three are employed with Vale SA, the firm that owns the dam in southeastern Brazil, and two are consultants with the German firm that certified the dam for safety.

The arrests come as rescue teams worked through reddish-brown mud and mining waste to search for the hundreds reported missing.

Vale says it is fully cooperating with authorities in the investigation.
