Episode 3 | Arabic Hashweh & Coconut Crunchy Rice

Helen is joined once again by Elias Kandalaft on Pinch Gourmet in Episode 3. This week we have more heartwarming dishes based around rice. These are quick, easy recipe's perfect on the iftar table over Ramadan. First up is Arabic Hashweh made with tasty minced meat from Spinneys and a moreish Coconut Crunchy rice made with Spinneys rice from the Himalayas and fresh crunchy red peppers, an amazing choice for vegetarians. 

Helen sourced all the ingredients from Spinneys stores, spoke to the experts about the origins of the food and took everything to Palm Tree Court at JA Resort to cook with Chef Elias Kandalaft.
