Dubai Metro line reopens after temporary disruption

The Dubai Metro services on the Red Line have been restored following a brief disruption on Sunday night.

Several commuters took to social media to report delays between Nakheel and DMCC stations. 

In a tweet on their official social media channel, the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said their team were fixing a "technical malfunction on the Dubai Metro Red Line".

The RTA announces a technical malfunction on the #DubaiMetro Red Line between Nakheel and DMCC Stations, which is currently being fixed by the team.
