Philippines urges calm after grenade attack on mosque kills 2

At least two people have been killed and four more wounded in a grenade attack on a mosque in the southern Philippines early Wednesday.

This comes just three days after twin blasts shook the restive Mindanao region, killing 21 people.

Authorities in the Philippines urged for calm and emphasised that the two attacks were not connected.

In a television address earlier, President Rodrigo Duterte said the church attack may have involved a suicide bomber.
