More than 10,000 march in Paris against 'yellow vest' violence

Thousands of people wearing red scarves took to the streets in Paris to condemn the violence in the "yellow vest" movement.

Over the last 11 weeks, France has witnessed anti-government demonstrations that lead to sporadic clashes with the police.

Meanwhile, Saturday's "yellow vest" march in the capital launched a debate about whether the authorities must stop using rubber bullets on the protestors.

This comes after activist Jerome Rodrigues suffered an eye injury in the clashes.
